Dentistry has a particularly important role to play in keeping the mouth healthy, which, in turn, strengthens the body's immunocompetence. Recent studies indicate that maintaining good oral health may help prevent the infection, or severe complications of Covid-19.
The health of our patients and staff remains our top priority, as it has been throughout the coronavirus pandemic. So, although we are open for business, there are numerous new safety precautions and policies that we will be keeping in place for the foreseeable future:
* We are asking patients to call when they arrive to answer a handful of Covid-screening questions before being invited into the office.
* We are still taking temperatures before taking patients back to the treatment area.
* Our clinical staff is now covered from head-to-toe in PPE
* In addition to rigorously cleaning/sterilizing rooms between patients, we are utilizing a UV lamp to disinfect patient-care areas.

AS YOU ARE AWARE, THE CENTERS FOR DISEASE CONTROL AND PREVENTION HAS ISSUED WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS TO HEALTH-CARE PROVIDERS WORLDWIDE REGARDING CORONAVIRUS. WE ARE TAKING EVERY PRECAUTION NECESSARY TO LIMIT THE EXPOSURE OF ANY VIRUS WITHIN OUR OFFICE, AND WE ASK THAT YOU HELP US BY PARTICIPATING IN THESE PRECAUTIONS.

  1. UPON YOUR ARRIVAL TO OUR OFFICE, WE KINDLY ASK THAT YOU USE THE HAND SANITIZER WE HAVE PROVIDED.
  2. PLEASE DISINFECT YOUR HANDS PRIOR TO USING ANY PENS TO FILL OUT ANY DOCUMENTS WE MAY NEED FROM YOU.
  3. IF USING THE RESTROOM OR EXITING AND REENTERING OUR OFFICE, WE ASK THAT YOU USE THE HAND SANITIZER PROVIDED UPON REENTRY.
  4. PLEASE RESCHEDULE IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING A FEVER, COUGH, DIFFICULTY BREATHING, STOMACH ISSUES OR DIARRHEA.
  5. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL BE MAINTAINING SOCIAL DISTANCE, INCLUDING HANDSHAKING, AS A MEANS OF DECREASING POSSIBLE TRANSMISSION OF CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19).
  6. PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE FROM THE PARKING LOT WHEN YOU ARRIVE - WE WILL HAVE YOU WAIT IN YOUR VEHICLE UNTIL A ROOM IS READY.
  7. PLEASE INFORM US IF YOU HAVE TRAVELED RECENTLY.
